  • Case Manager position at Henry Ford St. John, an acute rehab unit with 34 beds (managing approximately 14).
    Job Requirements
  • At least one year of case manager experience in a hospital setting.
  • Licensed in the state of Michigan.
    Schedule Information
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
  • 32 hours per week.

  • Number of positions needed: 1
