Flexible scheduling is available, with approximately three to four days per week of coverage needed across three different Queens neighborhoods. Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
Practice Details Setting: Outpatient Psychiatry
Patient Population: Child, Adolescent, and Adult
Visit Types: Medication management (majority) and psychiatric evaluations
Schedule: Full caseloads with tightly booked schedules; med checks run in 15-minute slots and evaluations range from 45 to 60 minutes. Frequent follow-up visits (weekly or twice weekly) are supported when clinically appropriate.
Requirements Active New York state license Medicare and Medicaid credentialing
Credentialing timeline: approximately two weeks
Assignment length: three to six months with the option to extend
