SMT Reflow Technician

Summary: Designs and builds test hardware for the semiconductor industry. Using IPC 610 standard practices, SMT Reflow Technicians place and solder components specified in bills of materials (BOMs) in proper locations on printed circuit boards using Pick and Place and Reflow equipment. The position is for a 2nd shift operator.

Responsibilities:

• Run manual solder paste screen printer.
• Operate MyData Pick and Place
• Operate Heller reflow oven
• Maintain inventory of Stencils / Solder Paste
• Perform optical board inspection post run

Qualifications and skills:

• Knowledge of IPC 610 soldering acceptability standards.
• Ability to operate solder paste screen printer.
• Operate MyData Pick 'n Place.
• Operate Heller oven.

Work Condition:
Working conditions are normal for an electronic manufacturing environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
