Banter Floors & More is hiring a motivated Sales Associate to work with customers in our showroom and drive flooring sales. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on building relationships, creating estimates, and closing deals. This is not a sit-back-and-wait position. We are looking for someone who is confident, competitive, and knows how to sell.
