Delivery Driver & Furniture Installer Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established furniture store in Missoula to seek a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver & Furniture Installer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and setting up furniture in customers' homes while providing excellent service and representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities - Safely load, transport, and unload furniture for scheduled deliveries
- Verify inventory and ensure all assigned items are accounted for
- Operate and maintain delivery vehicles (20-24 ft box trucks) in a safe and professional manner
- Contact customers prior to departure and provide updates while en-route
- Deliver, assemble, and properly position furniture in customers' homes
- Clean and inspect furniture to ensure it is free of dust and fingerprints upon setup
- Demonstrate product features and proper use to customers
- Represent Wagner's with professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Report vehicle maintenance or repair needs to management promptly
- Complete required paperwork and digital reports accurately
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements - Experience driving box trucks
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
- Experience with furniture delivery, assembly, or similar hands-on work
- Comfortable using tools and performing physical work throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with tablets, smartphones, or computers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
