We're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a clinical team at a correctional facility in Hampton, Virginia. This is a contract, night-shift role (7:00 PM-7:30 AM) that starts ASAP and pays $36/hour. You'll work closely with physicians and RNs to deliver hands-on nursing care while following facility and state standards.

Must-haves
- Active Virginia LPN license
- Current CPR certification
What you'll do
- Participate in screening, evaluating, and caring for inmates under physician/RN supervision
- Take and record vital signs and document medical information accurately
- Prepare patients for exams or treatments and assist as needed
- Set up rooms, sterile instruments, and equipment; monitor and restock supplies
- Coordinate with medical and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions
- Provide appropriate nursing interventions in emergencies
- Follow state regulations and facility policies and procedures
- Perform other duties assigned by the facility
