Dates of Coverage: May 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8s,10s,12s, no call required
Supervision: Supervised CRNA model
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
Procedures: General surgical cases (adult patients)
Trauma Level: Level III
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Requirements: MI license, BLS, ACLS, AANA, Clean background, local provider
