Job Description: Overview Our client, a global consumer electronics company, is seeking an experienced paralegal to support its litigation and regulatory function. This role sits within a collaborative, fast-paced legal team and will play a key role in managing dispute resolution matters and related legal operations. What You'll DoSupport a range of litigation and regulatory matters, including dispute resolution and internal investigationsCoordinate with outside counsel and internal business stakeholdersAssist with matter tracking, documentation, and case managementHelp drive legal operations processes to ensure efficiency and organization across active mattersProvide day-to-day support to legal team members on ongoing and ad hoc projects Qualifications3+ years of experience supporting litigation, regulatory matters, dispute resolution, or legal operationsPrior in-house experience strongly preferredHighly organized with strong attention to detailClear, effective communicator with a professional and responsive approachProactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Engagement DetailsStart Date: ASAP (after candidate interviews, selection, and onboarding)Hours: Full-time, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week during Pacific business hoursHybrid Work Location: 2 days per week onsite in San Mateo, CA; remote 3 days per weekCompensation: $60-75/hour (DOE), W-2 through Legalpeople
