Job Description

Position Overview As a CSR at Mission Crafts, you will support our candle "bar", retail operations, product fulfillment and production during our business operations. This role blends customer service, hands-on creative work, and behind-the-scenes support to help ensure every guest has a polished, memorable experience. Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate: $10.50 per hour Schedule: Up to 15-20 hours per week, scheduled as needed based on bookings and business needs Position Start Date: July 2nd, 2026 Reporting Manager: Marcie Anguiano, CEO Responsibilities Customer Experience & Front-of-House Greeting guests warmly, check them in, and assist with class flow Help customers through the candle-making process and answer questions Ensure fragrances, vessels, dyes, charms, and materials are fully stocked and neatly displayed Maintain a clean, polished, guest-ready appearance throughout the studio Assist with setup and support during special events, workshops, and private parties Other duties as assigned
