Job DescriptionThe basic function of this position is, but not limited, to procurement, receipt, and management of raw materials, packaging supplies and various department supplies necessary to support the Barberton plant's 24-hour Teslin production operation to manufacture Teslin products, with some Silica materials procurement and management activities. This position is also expected to learn the Teslin Process sufficiently in order to communicate and support achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) related to Safety, Productivity, Quality, and Delivery. The incumbent will also serve on the Teslin On-Call Rotation. The incumbent will be expected to train on basic supervisory duties related to the safe and efficient operation of the department to cover for Supervisor emergency vacations or outage support, on a limited basis.
