Advantage Buick, GMC & Cadillac of Hodgkins is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our fast-paced retail team. This role offers strong earning potential, ongoing training, and a supportive environment where you'll help customers find the right vehicle and navigate financing options.

Bilingual candidates-especially Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, or Russian-are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers from greeting to vehicle delivery
• Provide multilingual support when applicable
• Learn Buick, GMC & Cadillac products and features
• Manage the sales process including test drives, trade-ins, pricing, and paperwork
• Coordinate financing with the finance team
• Build customer relationships through follow-up and service
• Meet sales goals and maintain CRM records

Qualifications:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual skills a strong plus
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and tech-comfortable
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
