- Pay: $220/hr
- Start: July 2026
- Schedule: Full-time, 36-40 hours/week
- Shifts: Flexible 8s, 10s, and 12s
- Primarily daytime coverage with occasional nights
- One weekend shift/month if needed
- One call shift per 8-week schedule (optional)
- Floating between multiple locations
Case Mix - Hearts
- Thoracic
- OB
- Ortho
- GI
- ENT
- Healthy Peds
- Vascular
- EP
- All cases except transplants
Skills Required - Independent epidural and spinal placement/management
- OB experience required
- Thoracic experience required
- Level II Trauma experience required
- Pediatric experience preferred
Requirements - NBCRNA
- Virginia license (active or in process at submission)
- BLS (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
Additional Details - 4:1 supervision model
- Schedule released 8 weeks in advance
- Call pay available
- Holiday shifts paid at 1.5x rate
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice provided
- 90-120 day credentialing timeframe
