Job Description: Construction Litigation Attorney (Remote - California)Location: California (Irvine preferred; fully remote or hybrid options available)

Compensation: $130,000 - $275,000 base salary + bonus

Annual Hours Expectation: 1,900

About The RoleWe are seeking attorneys to join a growing Construction Litigation team handling complex construction-related civil matters in California. The role offers significant exposure to litigation strategy, client interaction, and courtroom experience, with opportunities to manage cases from intake through resolution. Flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid schedules, are available.

Attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply; candidates with a minimum of two years of litigation experience are preferred. Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Handle construction litigation matters and related civil disputes in state and federal courts
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Take and defend depositions; assist with witness preparation
Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-office teams on complex matters
Communicate with clients regarding case updates, strategy, and risk management
Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Licensed and admitted to practice in California (required)
Minimum of two years of litigation experience preferred; all experience levels encouraged to apply
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Self-starter with ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively
Experience with trial preparation, hearings, and depositions preferred
