Develop technical solutions and construction details in collaboration with the design team. Prepare drawing sets, 3D models, and design documentation, ensuring compliance with firm standards; Assist in all project phases, from schematic design through construction administration; Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate design and technical elements. Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA regulations, and industry standards; Assist in preparing and filing permit and construction documents, ensuring accuracy in coordination with senior staff; Support construction administration through project closeout; Assess shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals; Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address potential issues. Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related/foreign equivalent plus 5 years experience as an Architect, Design Professional, Job Captain, or related. Must have 5 years experience (simultaneous and concurrent with the experience required above) with Designing and creating spatial plans and renders for mixed-use spaces for construction and on-site installation; Developing schematic design concept proposals, including initial layouts and design ideas; Ensuring project adherence to standards; and Using Revit, Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and 3D conceptualization and documentation in software. Architect license is not required; all work to be performed under the instruction, supervision, and control of a licensed architect.

The employee may be permitted to telecommute but must reside within normal commuting distance and regularly report to the office as required.
