A well-established (over 100 years) full-service firm based in Los Angeles is seeking an attorney to join its Trusts and Estates practice group. Attorneys at this firm have a very reasonable billable requirement and enjoy a close-knit, friendly, and collaborative office environment. The firms structure supports rapid professional growth of all of its attorneys, with the guidance of experienced mentors. For this role with the wealth planning group, the firm seeks a mid to senior-level attorney with at least three to four years of trusts & estates experience. Attorney will work with firms partners with matters ranging from basic plans using revocable trusts and wills, to sophisticated plans using a variety of techniques for tax efficient transfers of wealth and business succession. Practice also includes working with individual and corporate fiduciaries on probate and trust administrations, as well as asserting or defending claims in trust and estate controversies, conservatorship and guardianship proceedings, and gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters. Firm offers a hybrid work schedule. Salary range is $180-300k, depending on experience, qualifications and skills. Must be licensed with the California State Bar.
