Senior Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO of Technology Company, San Francisco, Ca.
The Founder and CEO of a global technology company that specializes in AI-ready data centers is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the principals trusted partner and strategic right-hand. The firm has been operating for 2 years and already has major investors (household names) and prominent members on the Board. The role will work closely with the Chief of Staff on projects and company-wide initiatives and coordinate with a Personal Assistant. The office is in downtown San Francisco and the company has offices in NYC, the UK and Australia. In addition to salary there will be equity.
Own complex calendar management for the CEO across global business operations, investor meetings, internal meetings, board sessions, conference keynotes, media appearances, and personal commitments
Serve as gatekeeper and liaison to senior leadership, investors, board members, and strategic partners across multiple time zones
Prioritize emails and craft correspondence on the principals behalf, maintaining the voice and standards of a public-facing CEO
Manage high-volume communications; draft briefing materials, investor updates, board presentations, and executive summaries
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and executive briefings
Drive special projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with the Chief of Staff, tracking deliverables and cross-functional accountability
Plan executive events, investor dinners, and company offsites with a high-touch, detail-oriented approach
Oversee the CEOs expenses, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance
Leverage AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, organization, and executive leverage in a technology-driven environment
Base Salary Plus Bonus and Equity Partnership, Comprehensive Health Benefits
7+ years supporting a Founder/CEO technology company.
Experience in AI, infrastructure, or high-growth start-up environments a plus
Bachelors Degree required
Proven experience operating as a true right-hand, strategic partner to a Founder/CEO
Exceptional organizational judgment and prioritization skills,
High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and problem solve with minimal intervention
