A growing foodservice equipment distributor in Richmond, VA is seeking a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. This is a

What You'll Do - Oversee and participate in receiving, inspection, and inventory intake
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve damaged or incorrect deliveries with vendors
- Stage and prepare large equipment orders
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries, plan efficient routes, and manage timelines
- Lead, schedule, and support warehouse staff to maintain productivity and accountability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Serve as point of contact for operational issues and escalations
- Track and improve inventory accuracy, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Plus pitch in across the business as needed - showroom support, recruiting/onboarding, and annual inventory
What We're Looking For - 3+ years in a warehouse, including team lead or supervisory experience (equipment, appliance, HVAC, or supply-house background a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with receiving, inventory control, and logistics coordination
- Comfortable with inventory/order software, plus Word, Excel, and email
- Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Able to lift 25+ lbs regularly and stay active on the floor
- Reliable, proactive, and able to lead under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility for occasional extended hours or weekend work
