Job Description

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Car Rental Agents to join our team in St. George, Utah. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with vehicle rentals, and ensuring a smooth rental experience from start to finish. Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with rental reservations, contracts, and vehicle returns. Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and optional products. Upsell protection plans, vehicles, and other products/services. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals. Assist with cleaning and detailing cars for next rental. Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally. Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet assignments. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Support daily branch operations and maintain a professional appearance of the facility. Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Sales experience is a plus. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
