About the Role
Maiden Lane Medical is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join its growing Women's Health team across New York City.
With seven locations throughout NYC, this is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive healthcare leader with previous OB/GYN management experience. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy women's health practice, ensuring exceptional patient care, efficient service delivery, and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support administrative and clinical office staff
Coordinate staff schedules and manage day-to-day operational issues
Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members
Ensure high standards of patient service and patient experience
Oversee practice workflows and operational efficiency
Manage office supplies, stock levels, and inventory control
Ensure facilities remain clean, organised, and compliant with regulations
Manage cash handling, tills, and deposits
Liaise with external vendors and service providers
Support compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and practice policies
Monitor performance and contribute to service improvements
What We're Looking ForEssential
Minimum of 3 years' management experience within an OB/GYN practice
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Advanced computer and technology skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
