Branch Manager Full-Service Retail Banking

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a retail banking branch. The ideal candidate will lead a cohesive, high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring operational compliance and driving business growth within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Manage branch scheduling, workflow, and daily operational activities.
Monitor and safeguard branch assets, including cash management, equipment, and safe deposit boxes.
Oversee audit procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls, banking regulations, and security policies.
Administer safety and security measures for staff and customers.
Build strong relationships within the community to increase visibility and attract new customers.
Initiate and maintain outreach to potential and existing customers.
Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure a positive banking experience.
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement branch initiatives and strategic goals.
Perform additional duties as needed to support branch success.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in branch banking operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to travel to other branch locations for business purposes.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
