We're seeking an experienced Retail Banking Manager I to lead branch operations, drive growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for managing branch performance, developing a high-performing team, growing consumer and commercial banking relationships, and ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead daily branch operations and team performance.
Drive growth in consumer loans, deposits, and commercial banking referrals.
Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships.
Coach and develop branch staff while overseeing hiring and performance.
Promote banking products, digital solutions, and referral opportunities.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk management, and internal policies.
Manage branch budgets and overall financial performance.
Qualifications
Previous retail banking leadership or branch management experience.
Strong knowledge of consumer lending, branch operations, and customer relationship management.
Proven leadership, sales, and business development skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
