ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, target, and pursue new customers

Execute a structured prospecting strategy using cold calls, cold visits, networking, and referrals

Lead discovery conversations to uncover process challenges and value opportunities

Present value-based chemical solutions aligned to customer needs

Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact through close

Build and maintain a robust new-business pipeline

Consistently meet or exceed new customer and revenue targets

Partner internally to ensure smooth handoff after the sale

Consistent new logo acquisition

Strong pipeline development

High outbound activity levels

Closed revenue from new customers

Disciplined prospecting habits

Qualifications:

Proven B2B hunter with a track record of new customer acquisition

Experience selling into manufacturing, metalworking, or industrial markets

Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity

Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills

Highly competitive, self-directed, and resilient

Comfortable working independently from a home office and in the field
