Job description:
- Drive sales growth in new and existing accounts while expanding core aftermarket business.
- Maintain customer, prospect, and equipment information in the CRM system and complete assigned tasks.
- Prepare cost calculations and formal proposals in accordance with TC feedback and regional budgets.
- Collaborate with project management, inside sales, engineering, TC, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Provide weekly activity reports, itineraries, and territory forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and secure sales.
- Set sales goals, develop sales plans, and implement revenue growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate cost calculation and pricing databases for local products/services with support from purchasing, suppliers, and service teams.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with inside sales, engineering, applications, service technicians, and Norican brand representatives to support business growth.
- Work with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and methods.
- Promote other Norican lines of business and share qualified leads with other LoBs when permitted by customers.
- Submit expense reports on time.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and management updates.

- Valid passport and driver's license in good standing.
- Familiarity with blast equipment and its operation or equivalent mechanical experience.
