Shift: Grave (10pm - 6:30am) + Overtime & occasional weekend work
Wage Band: per hour DOE

As a Maintenance Technician III, you will:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment, including motors, AC drives, PLCs, servos, sensors, switches, and pneumatic systemsDiagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtimePerform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliabilityConduct root cause analysis and develop long-term corrective actions to prevent recurring failuresDocument maintenance activities and work orders using FiiX CMMS softwarePartner with production teams to improve equipment performance, quality, and operational efficiencyPerform fabrication, welding, and modification work as neededSupport facility maintenance, utilities, and grounds upkeepMaintain a safe work environment and consistently follow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesWhat You'll Bring
We're seeking a maintenance professional with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of maintenance experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environmentDemonstrated experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentationExperience using diagnostic equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and related testing toolsStrong understanding of preventive maintenance practicesProficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as FiiX or other MRO platformsAbility to safely lift 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistanceStrong communication, organizational, and customer service skillsBasic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologiesPreferred Qualifications
Technical certification, trade school training, or equivalent educationExperience with PLCs, servo systems, automation controls, welding, fabrication, and machiningBackground in continuous improvement and root cause analysis methodologiesWhat We Offer
