With incentive pay for their performance a tech can make $52,000 to $155,000 +
Tool Allowance 0f $2,600 per year.

Responsibilities
Advanced and general repairs - including suspension, driveline and steering components
Troubleshooting and repair emissions related failures
Troubleshoot electronic engine controls
Overhaul, engine components
Perform preventative maintenance on all fleet equipment to include reefer units & lift gates
Make all repairs in a timely and efficient manner while providing the service that aligns with our dealership standards
Special projects as assigned by Service Manager
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, special technical xibtplm training
Knowledgeable in the proper use of all tools
Perform assigned tasks in compliance with dealership policies and procedures
Accurate completion of repair orders
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Works well within a team environment
