Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Attorney with our firm, you will:
Represent clients in various litigation matters, including probate, trust and estate law, elder abuse cases, and business disputes.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic counsel to clients.
Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver outstanding legal services.
Be familiar with TEDRA
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership of the WA and OR State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on probate, trust and estate law, elder abuse cases, and business litigation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
