About the Role
Our client is an established pet care company professionalizing in pet grooming. We are seeking a highly reliable, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Administrator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our Las Vegas location.
This role is the central hub of our facility. You will act as the local "Air Traffic Controller" managing daily operations, optimizing client scheduling via our digital cloud platform, supporting our professional grooming staff, greeting our pet parents and their animals.

Key Responsibilities
- Facility Management: Oversee the secure opening and closing of the premises, maintaining strict daily operational logs.
- Calendar & Booking Control: Manage high volume incoming phone calls, respond to digital client messages, and proactively maximize the booking calendar to keep our groomers at full capacity.
- Client & Team Liaison: Warmly welcome clients and pets at check-in, manage the digital point-of-sale (POS) terminal, and process automated checkouts.
- Administrative Oversight: Conduct basic daily cash reconciliation, track store inventory levels, and report maintenance or personnel updates directly to the executive management team.
What we are looking for
- Absolute Reliability: Punctuality and strict adherence to the operational roster are non-negotiable.
- Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively assist our local team and diverse client base; this is preferred but not a must have. If you have experience and fit the role please apply.
- Comfortable with Pets: Must be completely at ease greeting, handling, and being around dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable working with cloud based software, tablet interfaces, and basic administrative spreadsheets.
- Experience: 1 3 years in office administration, medical/dental front desk scheduling, retail coordination, or hospitality front-of-house management preferred.
