Open roles for Nashville, TN centers:

Associate Child Care Teacher - Full-time and part-time positions available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You'll assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of children, maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones, ensure a safe and clean classroom, and provide support across different age groups as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred
  • CDA, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in early education or related field preferred
  • Must pass required state and company background checks
  • Ability to lift, carry, or hold children weighing 10-40 pounds frequently; occasionally more than 40 pounds
  • Full range of motion to lift, reach, squat, climb, sit, and participate in activities
