These efforts highlight your skills and build your personal and professional reputation, positioning you as a trusted authority in your field.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
Handle complex cases involving divorce, child custody, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health issues
Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, motions, and memoranda
Communicate effectively and persuasively with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
Manage cases independently with the support of your dedicated paralegal

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school
Active Oregon bar license

What We Offer:

Compensation ranges from $101,000 to $250,000 per year, based on experience, performance, and work ethic. Attorneys who work efficiently, serve clients well, and produce strong results receive direct financial benefit from their performance.
Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, and Aflac options
IRA retirement matching (up to 3%)
Firm-paid Oregon State Bar dues, malpractice insurance, and up to 15 CLE credits per year
Robust support system including dedicated marketing, intake, and office management teams
