Program Director - Behavioral HealthWalls, MS
Ready to lead a team that's changing lives? New Season Treatment Centers is hiring a Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic in Walls, MS.

What You'll Do

Lead daily clinic operations and ensure outstanding patient care
Supervise, coach, recruit, and develop clinical and administrative staff
Partner with the Medical Director and Regional Director to achieve operational goals
Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, DEA, state, and federal regulations
Manage budgets, quality assurance, staffing, and accreditation readiness
Build strong community partnerships and promote a positive team culture

Qualifications

Master's Degree required
Minimum 4 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, counseling, psychology, sociology, or a related field
Leadership or management experience required
Preferred: Mississippi LPC, CMHT, or PCAT
