Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Educational Specialists to join our team in Altoona, WI. As a specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive learning environment for young children. Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate and engaging curriculum activities.
- Create and adapt lesson plans that align with the developmental needs of children.

2. Child Development:
- Observe and assess the developmental progress of each child.
- Provide individualized support to address the unique needs of each child.

3. Classroom Management:
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and respectful atmosphere.

4. Parent Communication:
- Establish and maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians.
- Provide regular updates on children's progress, activities, and special events.

5. Health and Safety:
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the care of the program.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including sanitation and emergency procedures.

6. Learning Materials and Resources:
- Select and organize age-appropriate learning materials and resources.
- Create a stimulating and enriching environment that encourages exploration and discovery.

7. Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other Early Educational Specialists and staff members.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program planning and improvement.

8. Professional Development:
- Stay informed about best practices and developments in early childhood education.
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Relevant experience in early childhood education settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
