Behavioral Health Program DirectorMobile, AL
Lead a team that's changing lives! New Season Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic in Mobile, AL.

What You'll Do

Lead daily clinic operations and drive exceptional patient care
Supervise, coach, recruit, and develop multidisciplinary staff
Partner with the Medical Director and Regional Director to achieve clinical and operational goals
Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, DEA, and state and federal regulations
Manage staffing, budgets, quality improvement, accreditation, and community partnerships

Qualifications

Master's Degree required
Licensed Alabama Counselor required (LISW, LPC, LMFT, or ALC)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, counseling, psychology, sociology, or a related field
Leadership or management experience preferred
