Asset Movement Specialist/ Administrative

LHH recruitment solutions are hiring for an asset movement specialist in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Our client is searching for an asset movement specialist with a strong background in data entry, admin, and customer service. This position is working fully in office with a client that offers excellent benefits. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and additional voluntary benefits,

Responsibilities to include:

Advise our financial professionals about what is needed to process their customers' requests.

Document any discrepancies and upload e-mails and make notes in internal comments.

Ensures assigned items are processed within the required time frame.

Reports on technical issues to respective IT departments.

Research matters by reviewing applicable resources.

Phone calls- return VM within 2 hours

E-mails- return within 2 hours

You are a great fit if:

Prior financial services background

Strong data entry and customer service skills

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or relevant work experience
