We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Engineer to lead our Engineering team. who thrives equally at the workbench and in a leadership seat. This is a player-coach position. You'll be doing real technical work alongside a small team of one to three engineers while setting the technical direction, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring projects are delivered to the high standards our customers expect. Qualifications: EducationBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field requiredMinimum of five (5) years of engineering experienceExperience in an industrial or heavy equipment environment strongly preferred Technical SkillsHands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environmentProficiency with professional CAD software (AutoCAD, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or equivalent)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics across multiple formatsPractical experience with industrial maintenance Leadership SkillsDemonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary technical projectsStrong communicator who can work effectively across departments and with customersSelf-motivated with a drive to improve yourself, your team, and the company
