The Director of Operations is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple manufacturing facilities and ensuring alignment between operational execution and long-term business strategy. This role will drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability while leading operational transformation initiatives across a complex manufacturing organization. Description Lead operations across multiple manufacturing facilities Develop and execute operational strategies supporting business objectives Partner with executive leadership to drive growth and scalability Oversee production, quality, supply chain, logistics, maintenance, and engineering Establish and maintain KPI performance across all sites Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives Standardize operational processes and manufacturing best practices Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives Improve throughput, efficiency, capacity utilization, and profitability Support precision manufacturing operations with complex product requirements Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams on strategic initiatives Develop and mentor plant managers and operational leaders Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development Manage operational budgeting, capital planning, and resource optimization Analyze manufacturing metrics to support data-driven decision making Drive investments in automation, equipment, and process improvements Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Identify and mitigate operational risks across facilities Travel approximately 30% domestically and internationally MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
