Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting our staffing services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to promote Express services. Collaborate with internal recruiters to match clients with qualified candidates. Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent business development efforts. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports. Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing, B2B sales, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet/exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits. What We Offer: Base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commission potential.
