Healthcare ParalegalCompensation: $46.00 - $54.00 per hour

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week after onboarding - T/Thr/Fri)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected law firm to identify a Healthcare Paralegal for its growing healthcare practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with healthcare law experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting complex regulatory and transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities- Support attorneys with healthcare regulatory, administrative, and transactional matters
- Assist with regulatory filings, administrative hearings, and client projects
- Draft legal documents, including memoranda, notices, motions, and correspondence
- Conduct legal and factual research utilizing online research resources
- Organize, maintain, and manage case files and legal documents
- Coordinate hearing preparation, exhibits, calendars, and filing deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients, agencies, and other stakeholders
- Assist with document review, productions, and matter management activities
Required Qualifications- Experience supporting healthcare law matters in a law firm or similar legal environment
- Paralegal certificate required
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, terminology, and regulatory agencies
- Strong legal drafting, research, and document management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with legal teams
Preferred Qualifications- Litigation support experience
- Experience supporting attorneys in a healthcare practice group
- Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage
- Experience with electronic filing and document production processes

Pay Transparency Notice: Compensation for this position is expected to range from $46.00 to $54.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
