In-Office Procedures:

Occipital nerve blocks
Botox for chronic migraine & spasticity
VNS adjustments
DBS programming
EMG/NCS
Outpatient EEGs (performed by experienced neurology nurse)

Compensation & Benefits

$350k base with productivity bonus
