Cost control management, including contracts, change orders and cost reports Safety management Submittal review and processing, tracking, and reporting Submit, track, and issue responses to RFI"s Coordination with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors Review subcontractor progress requisitions Direct and lead project superintendents and assistant project managers toward project completion Distribute, track, and coordinate completion of punch lists ABOUT YOU: Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering (Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical preferred) Minimum of 8 years" experience required Exceptional software skills (Primavera P6 / MS Project / Sage 300 CRE / Microsoft Office) OSHA Certified Excellent interpersonal, organization
