What You'll Do As a Senior Teller, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers while delivering exceptional service and accurate transaction processing. Responsibilities include: Processing commercial and consumer deposits and withdrawalsAccepting loan payments and cashing checks within approved limitsBalancing cash transactions accurately and efficientlyBuilding strong customer relationships through outstanding serviceIdentifying customer needs and referring appropriate banking products and servicesSupporting branch operations and contributing to branch goalsEnsuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulationsAdhering to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirementsReporting any suspected suspicious activity to the BSA Officer promptlyParticipating in required compliance and professional development training Grow Your Career While Making a Difference If you're looking for a position where your work matters, your contributions are recognized, and your growth is supported, Home State Bank offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in community banking.
