Lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout for a growing Florida-based general contractor. This position offers exposure to large-scale ground-up work across industrial, municipal, aviation, and commercial sectors. Description Manage ground-up commercial projects valued at $50M+ from planning through completion Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure seamless project execution Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle Support preconstruction efforts, cost management, and project reporting Profile A successful Project Manager should have: 10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor Proven experience with CMU, tilt-wall, and pre-engineered metal building projects Track record managing ground-up projects valued at $50M+ Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with field operations Job Offer Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 base salary Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Opportunity to work on aviation, municipal, industrial, and commercial projects Exclusive search process with direct access to operational leadership and expedited interview feedback If this role aligns with your skills and experience, you are encouraged to apply.
