The Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors will oversee and drive large-scale commercial interior construction projects within the commercial construction industry, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The general contractor is looking for a long term Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors to help sustain the growth of taking on numerous new projects, and sustain for future pipeline/growth as well. The Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors is a pivotal hire for the general contractor and will be a key piece in the development of the general contractor in New York, New York. Description Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and design teams to align project goals. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and local building codes. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
