As Business Development & Sales Represenative you will be a key contributor to the commercial team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing outbound sales efforts, and coordinating with internal departments to support customer onboarding and account development. Client Details A growing manufacturer serving the construction and building products industry is seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Representative to join its expanding U.S. team. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional who enjoys prospecting, relationship building, and working cross-functionally to drive business growth. Description Business Development & Lead Generation Research and identify prospective customers and partners across multiple market segments Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the CRM Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach efforts Sales & Customer Engagement Execute cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound prospecting activities Qualify opportunities and communicate value propositions effectively Schedule and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions Manage and grow smaller accounts independently Marketing & Event Coordination Support trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing marketing initiatives Coordinate event logistics, lead capture activities, and follow-up processes Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize event ROI Cross-Functional Project Coordination Partner with operations and supply chain teams to support sampling, inventory inquiries, and customer requests Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth onboarding and account implementation Serve as a liaison between customers and technical teams regarding product requirements and feedback Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable conducting cold outreach and handling objections Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience utilizing CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting Not for New York City Applicants.
