Entry-Level Customer Service Representative Clerk

Motif Tales is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Entry-Level Customer Service Representative Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, helping resolve inquiries, track orders, and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media regarding order status, sizing, returns, and exchanges. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately in accordance with company policies. Track shipments and coordinate with shipping carriers and fulfillment teams to resolve delivery delays or missing packages. Maintain accurate notes and records of customer interactions within our support software. Provide basic clerical and administrative support to the e-commerce operations team. Share recurring customer feedback with internal teams to help improve product design, sizing, and service quality. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, patient tone. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email platforms, web browsers, and spreadsheet applications. Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail. Prior experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required.
