Job Description
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator / BIM Designer to support architectural, engineering, and construction projects through BIM modeling, drafting, document coordination, and project support activities.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BIM models and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
Assist with project documentation, drawing coordination, and design development
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams
Support project operations, submittals, and document management
Ensure drawings and models comply with project requirements and applicable standards
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in BIM modeling, drafting, design coordination, or related fields
Proficiency in Revit required; AutoCAD experience preferred
Experience with architectural, faade, structural, MEP, or construction projects is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
Mandarin proficiency is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
