Job Summary Job Center is seeking an Assistant Repair Technician. 1st shift is $18.00 in Coatesville. Looking for candidates that have experience with power tools (Screwdrivers, etc ) and soldering experience. Would love candidates with cell phone repair! M-F 7:00am-3:00pm
Solid candidates would also show good attention to detail, ability to follow directions, good manual dexterity, and basic computer skills for accurate data entry of completed electronic units.
JOB DUTIES - Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify malfunctions or potential issues.
- Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems according to established procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize repair tasks and ensure minimal downtime.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all repair activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Order replacement parts and supplies as needed, maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Test repaired equipment to confirm proper operation before returning it to service.
EXPERIENCE - Ability to interpret manuals and diagrams accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Effective communication skills for documenting repairs and collaborating with team members.
