We are especially interested in people with backgrounds in sales, customer service, retail management, leadership, entrepreneurship, business development, or other people-focused professions . Financial-services experience can be valuable, but were also interested in strong communicators and leaders from outside the industry who are willing to learn. Compensation & Opportunity Structure This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity and is commission-based. It is not a salaried or hourly W-2 position. Compensation is based on individual production and results, so earnings are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person. Because financial services is a regulated industry, appropriate licensing must be obtained before performing activities that require a license.
