Active Bar Admission in New York(link removed)>
35 years of substantive experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting collateralized loan obligation transactions.
Demonstrated experience with acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities(link removed)>
Prior experience at a large law firm is strongly preferred(link removed)>
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Represent lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and syndicated credit facilities.
Draft and negotiate loan documents and related transactional materials.
Coordinate and conduct due diligence, and oversee all aspects of deal execution.
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and implement deal strategies.
Work closely with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.
