We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Escrow Officer to manage real estate transactions from file opening through closing and post-closing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, keeping complex details organized, and helping buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, and attorneys move through the closing process with confidence.

Manage escrow files from opening through closing and post-closing, ensuring transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements.Prepare, review, and manage escrow documents, closing statements, title documents, lender instructions, payoff statements, lien releases, insurance documents, and other required materials.Review title commitments and tax certificates, identify title issues or exceptions, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate parties.Meet with attorneys, realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and clients to draft, review, and explain escrow instructions, agreements, and closing documents.Conduct closings both on-site and off-site, oversee the execution of required documents, and disburse funds in accordance with company procedures and customer or lender requirements.Administer trust accounts in accordance with company policy and handle confidential transaction information with discretion.Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients by phone, email, and in person to answer questions and support smooth, timely closings.Participate in business development efforts, attend community and real estate events, and build and maintain a book of business through proactive relationship building and client engagement.Support and promote the company's core values, goals, and culture, while adapting to changing responsibilities and procedures with a positive, productive attitude. Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the escrow or title industryMust have or be able to obtain a producer license within 90 days, if applicable by stateMust have or be able to obtain a Notary Public commission within 90 daysExperience with residential, construction, and basic commercial transactions preferredValid driver's license and ability to operate a company or personal vehicle for business purposes, including errands, training, client meetings, community events, and off-site closingsAbility to pass a background check and MVRAbility to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally Benefits
