We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic credit union team. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new employees

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies

- Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data management

- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement

- Assist in payroll processing and compensation administration

- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee recognition and engagement activities


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

-SHRM certification

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably within financial services or credit unions

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
